Sarah Reidy – Jones

Sarah Reidy-Jones brings nearly 30 years of institutional knowledge within conservative politics, including grassroots organization, spokesperson expertise, event assistance, fundraising and membership growth. She founded the Jones Strategy Group in 2025 to bring the best of conservative vendors together to achieve success for conservative candidates and causes.

Her public service ranges from City Hall to the Governor’s Office to the White House. She previously consulted local, statewide and federal races, specializing in media and crisis communications, including as a senior staffer for a presidential campaign and a gubernatorial campaign manager in both Kentucky and North Carolina. She was awarded the William O. Cowger Award for outstanding services during campaigns from the Jefferson County Republican Party (KY), is a NCGOP Hall of Fame nominee, is a North Carolina Federation of Republican Women “Woman of Distinction” and is a past Kentucky Young Republicans Woman of the Year.

She has served at every level of Republican leadership, from being in the College Republicans’ National Chapter of the Year to the Young Republicans’ National Club of the Year to the National Federation of Republican Women as its Youth Outreach Chair. She served 2 years as a Chairman and 6 years as a Vice Chairman of her county Republican Party and is a 3 time delegate or alternate delegate to the Republican National Convention. She was honored to be chosen for the inaugural RNC County Chair Fly-In as a top county party chairman, where she shattered fundraising and grassroots performance records.

Outside of politics, Sarah spent several years overseeing marketing and communications forseveral national nonprofits and in the manufacturing industry. Sarah served as her student body’s president in college at the age of 19. She is the honorary national president of Children of the American Revolution, where she saw the organization’s first net gain in membership in 7 years as its membership chair and then quadrupled that net gain and doubled its fundraising the next year as national president. She served as the organization’s senior public relations advisor through COVID, including assisting with continuity, development and long-range planning.

She now provides pro bono strategic planning consulting to several nonprofits. She holds a degree in political science from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She and her husband Chris are proud foster parents and active advocates for foster carereform, including the recent adoption of their son, Ethan. She is excited to parlay her varied experiences and stellar ethical reputation to expanding the Jones Strategy Group team.
